Meet Our Community Journal Coordinators
Jazmin is a fourth-year undergraduate student at UC Irvine. She is currently pursuing an English degree with two minors in psychological science and creative writing. Jazmin hopes to combine her love of writing and travel into a meaningful career in the future. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her dog.
Dinelli is a third-year Urban Studies and Public Health Policy double major at UCI. She enjoys learning about Urban Design Principles and Public Policy while aspiring to work in the fields of Architecture and Urban Planning. During her free time, she enjoys gardening and creating her own art pieces.
Meet Our Community Journal Interns
Akarshan is a fourth-year undergraduate student at UC Irvine. She is currently pursuing an Informatics degree with International Studies minor. In the future, she hopes to work as a UX designer. In her free time, she enjoys painting, designing, and taking photos.
Iris is a first-year English major at UCI. She enjoys writing in her ever-growing collection of journals and analyzing various books/artworks. Iris is fond of various music genres (from hip hop to indie), instant coffee, and cats.
Sammy is a first-year student double majoring in biology and English at UCI. He's interested in all forms of art and wants to encourage more people to create things. In his free time, he loves writing, drawing, and taking on a few more projects than he probably should at any given time."
Sarah Yang is a first-year English major at UC Irvine. Sarah is specifically passionate about utilizing poetry to reconcile with and be kinder to ourselves and the world. Throughout her free time, Sarah enjoys searching for emerging and established poets alike and learning new languages.
